Lets face it, Kourtney is my favorite Kardashian because she is a little health nut like me. If you’ve been keeping up with the Kardashian’s and their new season on E!, then you are familiar with this green pudding that Kourtney seems to have a lot. She even gets Kim into it! I decided that I was going to replicate this pudding because I love avocados and I figured this was the treat for me. It’s a very easy process and only takes three ingredients and about 2 minutes of your time.
To get started, take out your blender! I used my personal Ninja blender.
You will need
- 1/2 organic ripe avocado
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 packets of stevia (optional because Kourtney actually uses 2 teaspoons of sugar)
First, take your ripe avocado and half it.
Next, scoop out half of the avocado into your blender and put the other half away because you will not need it.
Add about 1 cup of almond milk. I used this toasted coconut almond milk which is absolutely DEVINE.
Add two packets of stevia or a sweetener of your choice.
It is finished when it has a pudding like texture. Scoop into a pretty glass, grab a spoon and enjoy. Don’t forget to take a picture of your creation and tag me on Instagram!
